Senior Customer Success Manager
The Role:
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth engine, supporting both Greece and international markets. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from product walkthrough, to onboarding, activation, retention and expansion, ensuring every client unlocks measurable revenue growth through Findbar.
Responsibilities:
Customer Success & Growth
Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their KPIs (Search CR%, Search ER%, SROI)
Drive product features adoption and continuous optimization
Own and improve Retention % and NPS as core success metrics
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Own renewals and long-term account growth
Pre-Sales & Onboarding
Conduct discovery sessions and search audits, identifying revenue gaps and optimization opportunities
Deliver tailored product demos and convert them into paying customers, clearly linking product value to business outcomes
Lead onboarding, ensuring fast time-to-value and successful activation
Product & Data Advocacy
Translate customer discovery data into actionable insights
Provide feedback to Product team for continuous improvement
Account Management & Operations
Manage a portfolio of accounts with structured success plans
Ensure timely and high-quality client support, while continuously improving efficiency in how support is delivered
Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting
Take ownership of contract preparation, negotiation support and finalization for client and partner agreements
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Pre-Sales in SaaS, eCommerce, Marketplace or B2B Tech
Proven ability to convert/close deals through product walkthroughs and build satisfied, paying accounts
Strong commercial mindset with ownership of renewals and growth
Experience in demos, onboarding, and full customer lifecycle
Hands-on mentality with ability to execute and deliver outcomes
Ecommerce savviness, with understanding of online customer journeys and conversion drivers, strong understanding of eCommerce metrics (CR, AOV, revenue drivers)
Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with data and performance metrics
Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
Passion for technology and AI-driven products
